1. Shri. T. Saiborne, Chief Forest Officer :

(a)    Establishment and General Administration

(b)   Utilization and Disposal of Forest Produces.

(c)    Issue of Pass / Permit / Hammer, etc.

(d)   Monitoring and coordinating the functions of all the Subordinate Officers and Staff. 

(e)    Policy Matter.

(f)     Legal Matters

(g)    Finance and Accounts

(h)    Supervising the functioning of Forest Ranges, Check Gates, Beat Offices etc.

(i)      Monitoring and implementation of Forestry schemes.

(j)     Any other subjects not allotted to any Officers.

2. Shri. T. Kharlukhi, Divisional Forest Officer :

                  Monitoring and Implementation of:-

(a)    Hills Development Scheme.

(b)   Social Forestry Schemes.

(c)    Any other Schemes.

(d)   Any Matter that may be entrusted by the Executive Committee from time to time.

3. Shri. R. Kylla, Additional Chief Forest Officer: (Cash Crop)

         Independent charge of Cash Crop, under the Executive Member i/c Cash Crop

(a)    Implementation of Schemes for Rubber.

(b)   Utilization and Disposal of Rubber Produces

(c)    Policy Matter on Cash crop matters

(d)   Formulating Schemes, Project on Cash crops

(e)    Training on Cash crops

(f)     Legal matters on Cash Crop

(g)    Finance and Accounts on Cash Crop

(h)    Any other subject matter on Cash Crop not allotted to any other Officers.

4. Shri. D.A. Syiemiong, Deputy Chief Forest Officer:

(a)    As Deputy Chief Forest Officer i/c West Khasi Hills.

(b)   To assist Chief Forest Officer in Utilization and Disposal of Forest Produces in West Khasi Hills District.

(c)    To assist the Chief Forest Officer in Monitoring and implementation of Forestry schemes in West Khasi Hills District,

(d)   Member of F.D.A., West Khasi Hills District.

(e)    Jhum Control and Waste Land Development in West Khasi Hills District.

5. Shri. P. M.. Sylliang, Deputy Chief Forest Officer:

(a)    As Deputy Chief Forest Officer i/c Ri Bhoi District

(b)   To assist Chief Forest Officer in Utilization and Disposal of Forest Produces in Ri Bhoi District.

(c)    To assist the Chief Forest Officer in Monitoring and implementation of Forestry schemes in Ri Bhoi District,

(d)   Member of F.D.A., Ri Bhoi District

(e)    Jhum Control And Waste Land Development in Ri Bhoi District

6. Shri. Airfield Dkhar, Assistant Chief Forest Officer:

(a)    As Officer i/c Northern Range and Paham Range.

(b)   To assist the Chief forest Officer and Deputy Chief forest Officer i/c in all matters as directed from time to time.
